Lettings Busy, Sales Increasing
Even we are stunned by the huge growth of our Managed Property Portfolio recently! To maintain our high standards of service we have invested in expanding our state of the art computer software to ensure we can cope with the continuing growth we have experienced. We are also taking on additional staff!
Finding good tenants for our landlords is not proving overly difficult. However, finding MORE PROPERTIES TO LET has become our major priority. We seldom have a property that remains available for longer than 21 days, so we are in constant need of fresh instructions.
We are confident that 2012 will see our Management Portfolio becoming one of the largest in the area.
ON the SALES FRONT things are definitely looking up, with our autumn/winter sales figures having been consistently good. All very encouraging.
